Mr. Sandeepan Basu brings over a decade of experience in quality engineering, ETL/BI testing, and data platform validation across global enterprises. He has worked on large and complex data ecosystems, helping organisations build reliable, high-trust analytics and reporting platforms across finance, insurance, healthcare, aviation, and SaaS domains.



His expertise includes:

* Data warehousing and ETL validation

* Test automation using SQL and Python

* Frameworks such as Robot Framework

* CI/CD and DevOps-aligned testing using GitLab pipelines

* Cloud-based testing on AWS, Azure, and GCP



Across his career, he has taken on roles such as Senior QA Engineer, Test Manager, Test Automation Architect, and ETL Test Lead, contributing to BI lakehouses, loyalty and customer data products, IFRS reporting solutions, and enterprise-wide reporting platforms.



At Hidayah Technologies, Sandeepan’s role is to shape how quality is embedded into the product from day one — ensuring that our platforms, including Hidayah Connect, are stable, accurate, and ready for scale. He focuses on building automation-first approaches, data quality checkpoints, and end-to-end validation practices so that users can trust the information, experiences, and outcomes delivered by the platform.
