Personal Experience

Khaja Moinudeen is a seasoned IT professional and social entrepreneur with 17 years of experience in the IT industry and over 6 years of hands-on business experience. He has worked with CMMI Level 5 and Fortune 500 organizations across the globe, supporting and leading complex technology environments for large enterprises.

Based in Bengaluru, India, Khaja’s core expertise spans cloud architecture, incident management, IT operations support for mission-critical systems. Over the years, he has worked closely with clients across the Asia Pacific, American, and European regions, earning a reputation for reliability, clarity in communication, and calm problemsolving under pressure.

His entrepreneurial journey began in 2014, when he founded an automobile customization venture. That experience gave him a deep, ground-level understanding of how businesses actually run from customer relationships and team management to finances and market challenges. Although that venture was closed during the pandemic, it became a powerful learning chapter and the stepping stone for a more purpose-driven vision.

That vision took shape as Hidayah Technologies and Hidayah Foundation two aligned initiatives with one core mission:
to use technology and knowledge as tools for guidance, empowerment, and upliftment.

Through Hidayah, Khaja is focused on:
• Building digital platforms that connect people with trustworthy teachers, scholars, professionals, and services
• Creating fair and transparent opportunities for skilled, deserving, and underrepresented individuals
• Leveraging technology to serve the global Muslim community and the wider society with ethics, integrity, and responsibility

He strongly believes there is a wide gap between available talent and available opportunity, and his life’s work is to help bridge this gap—so that people can learn better, earn better, and live with dignity
